Strength-trained athletes should consume protein consistent with general population guidelines, which is 12% to 15% of energy from protein. Protein needs are automatically met by a varied balanced diet. There is even protein in potatoes!
So, throw away your protein shaker bottles. You won’t need those noisy things anymore.
